Every Tuesday, Josh steps away from regular paid-service visits to give time back locally. Each Community Day includes at least one neighborhood litter pickup, plus outreach and approved Community Care work for neighbors, schools, churches, and nonprofits. Calls and texts are still welcome for setting up future appointments.

Every Tuesday is First Look Exterior Community Day. Josh completes at least one neighborhood litter pickup, helps with approved reduced-cost exterior-cleaning projects, connects with local schools, churches, nonprofits, and neighbors, and remains available by phone or text to schedule future appointments. Households facing financial hardship may receive up to 50% off labor, while eligible schools, churches, and local nonprofits may receive 25% off labor. Requests are limited and depend on need, safety, access, and available time.
Each month, First Look opens a limited number of regular-price giveback appointments. Customers receive the service they booked and pay the normal quoted price—nothing extra. First Look Exterior contributes 10% of the collected labor revenue from those appointments to its Community Care budget, helping lower labor costs for approved Community Care projects.
No. Window, gutter, hard-surface, and house-wash services can be combined into one exterior cleanup. Your estimate will clearly show what is included.
House washing uses a lower-pressure approach for siding and other areas that should not be blasted at full pressure. Hard surfaces such as concrete can usually handle a stronger pressure-washing method.
